Kellie Dietrich is currently a writer for the Reading Eagle and a freelance writer for Lehigh Valley Style. She graduated summa cum laude from DeSales University in 2017 with a B.A. in communication and minor in journalism. Kellie served as the editor-in-chief of the student newspaper The Minstrel after serving as features editor and staff writer. In spring 2017, Kellie won the Senior Communication Award for Excellence in Journalism.
Before freelancing, Kellie interned at Lehigh Valley Style and she has also interned at the Lehigh Valley Arts Council and swb&r, an advertising agency.
With the Reading Eagle, Lehigh Valley Style, The Minstrel and other publications, Kellie has published over 150 pieces from news to opinion to features on a variety of topics from women’s rights to music reviews. In her free time, Kellie likes to read, draw, be outdoors, spend time with friends and family and, of course, write.
